Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

A. Shipping:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on destination. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from dispatch.
Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the goods.
B. Returns and Refunds:
Eligibility: We accept returns on faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut materials, discounted clearance items
How to Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at info@zenvio.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-faulty returns.
